This is to certify that NAME (IC NUMBER) has voluntarily participated in activities conducted by LEAP to boost UTM students’ confidence in using the English language and take charge of their own learning.

This participant has completed these activities:

1. Attended interactive class sessions [LAST CLASS 9/12/2014]

2. Written 10 entries of 100 words per entry for the class weblog [FINAL SUBMISSION 2/12/2014]

3. Produced a 4-5 minute video clip in English [SCREENING DATE 2/12/2014]

4. Summarized an English short story of not less than 100 pages [SUBMISSION 11/11/2014]

This has proven that the aforementioned student is highly motivated to improve his or her mastery of the English language.
