All of us has their favourite song and artists. Song has many
benefits that can encourage and reduce stress due to our daily life activities.
There are several types of song genre for example love, rock, religion,
patriotism, and many more. From my observation, most of us will change their
favourite song per week. This is due to the mood changes. For example, Ali falls
in love with someone, so, along that week he always listen to the love song.
One day he broke up with his girlfriend, then he becomes stressed and regrets
because of his manner. Next, he will listen to religious song for example open
your eyes (Maher Zain) and he realized that there is another person that love
him but he do not appreciate it. Then by next week his mood changed to the rock
song. Either we realized or not, this is a real phenomenon, we will change our
song due to the mood changes. But, the song also can bring back our past
memories experience. Either the memories is valuable or not, but it will make
us smile and think back our past memory with our family, teachers or friends
when we listen to the related song..
