STRESS
Every people
will experience stress in their life. Each people has different way how to cope
it. For me, I will take a shower to cool my head, listen to music or maybe go
to sleep. The stress is happen because of problem need to solve or work. If we
keep procrastinate it, the stress will never go away and it’s not the way to
cope stress. Take it slowly and solve the problem wisely, you will solve the
problem or work that make you fell stress. It’s not so bad having stress if you
know how to handle it. Stress make you always remember what need to be done. But
if we did not handle stress it can drive us crazy and maybe we will loss our
sanity. So keep calm and face it.
