There are arguments against heredity and environment intelligence. First, argument against the theory of “-g” (general intelligence ). It is difficult to measure the concept introduced by “-g” It is useful to measure it as the capability of understanding. Second, argument is against reliability of 1Q. The ability of culture differences shaping the ability to perform in the test do not necessary in IQ test. Argument for that against the important of genetic factor is the ability to learn and understanding is the main reason of the person’s personality. School provided is to increase the level of thinking of the children with low IQ.
