Volunteer For Flood Victims

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and hai everyone! Today I would like to share some my experience when I became a volunteer for flood victims in Pahang, one year ago. During that time I still studying in Kolej Matrikulasi Pahang (KMPh). Let's begin! This story started when my lecturer invited my friends and me to become a volunteer. That is would be a big opportunity to me so I took this chance. In my head that time I want to help other people because it is our responsibility as society to help each other. I don't remember when but at that time heavily rain has caused our work become difficult to do but we do not lose hope. First task was given to us which we have to clean a house. When we arrived at the house that we have to clean, I shocked  that the house very dirty and smell like dead thing. So smelly! But, we cannot argue and comment-just complete the task given. We together cleaned the house and we have to remove all the furniture in that house because already damaged. We enjoyed doing it! After that, we have to distribute the food to all residents in that place. We saw the people very happy after getting the food and the happiness in their face. We very thankful and happy because can help the people. We cannot imagined what happened to them gave us a big im
pact in our daily life. Always praying to Allah and grateful. That's would make you become a grateful person. :)
