JOB EXPERIENCE

First day of work at KFC restaurants was a new experience for me. I was very nervous but excited to know how KFC produce their products. As usual, before starting work, I need to punch cards and wash hands because our hand must be free from bacteria to handle foods. The manager,Miss Aisyah teachs me and introduce the tools used and how to produce the product with the correct method. After two weeks, a lot of things that I have learned from senior staff. I works follow by shift. Sometime I work in the morning and sometime I work in the night. A new experience for me when back alone at 1:00a.m is challenging, with a dark and lonely road. All things played in my mind when riding alone in the middle of the night. After a month it has become a common for me and the fear is gone.
