Sharing Talk

On Friday, 6th November, KTHO held a talk at Dewan Sri Merbau. The talk was presented by Jaysuman from Hidayah Centre Johor. Since 13 years ago, he converted to Islam and started to learn more and more knowledge about Islam. The topic was Islam The Misunderstand Religion. He explained about the causes of the misunderstanding in Islam. The largest medium that causes the misunderstanding was media and followed by Muslim’s attitude, and the culture. Then, he also explained about the causes of mis-concept such as prejudice and culture. The example of prejudice in religion are polygamy, hijjab and fasting. He ended his talk with a very meaningful statement “If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.
